Great spot to live, great amenities, flawlessly looked after and kept looking clean and new. Never had any issues in our suit everything is top quality. Underground Parking and dog wash area is so good. Honestly the most pet friendly rental unit I’ve ever had. Kris our property manger was fantastic helping us move in and always has time to answer any questions. Loved our time here.

Whether you're a student or a working professional, Kits Walk is the perfect location. It's right in the middle between campus and downtown, and it's extremely close to the major bus routes. You're also surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, but far enough away from Broadway to be very peaceful. We also have nothing but good things to say about Kris and Joseph as building managers. Very happy to be here :-)

Kits Walk! Ah! Did not have to look elsewhere when we learned there was an available unit here! Great location, quiet neighbourhood, building is fairly new and always clean, most importantly Kris the property manager was nothing but super helpful with the move in process and always had time to answer questions! We’ve just recently moved in from Winnipeg and everything had been smooth, lovely, and cozy so far. Thanks to Kris for making this inter province move a lot easier for us!
